When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship. I cannot rush orders. If your order still hasn't shipped, two weeks after you have ordered you can email me and I will check it out. If it hasn't been two weeks please do not email me asking when your order will be shipped out. I am just one person and I am going as fast as I can :-)The order I sent was wrong, what do I do?
I'm a one women business so it does happen, and I do apologize! Please email me! I will send you the right items asap!I think my package got lost, what do I do?
Please wait at least a month for domestic orders and two months for international orders before messaging about a lost order. Sometimes the postal service is just a little delayed. If your package has still not arrived after this time, I can offer you a refund or send the package out a second time, if the items you ordered are still in stock. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds if your package was stolen after it was delivered. I also do not offer refunds for Untracked Mail (Sticker orders).What countries do you ship to/Can you ship to my country?
I currently ship to the US, Canada, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Australia. For all EU/UK/AUS orders, please visit my Etsy. If your country isn't listed please email me, and I will research shipping to your country! However, I cannot ship anything tracked to EU/UK currently because of custom issues.RETURNS & EXCHANGES
